Although the test gave a judgement on the views of “Passion” and “Power”, quite similar as other online characters’ tests, this test can still be distinguished as it asks your primary reactions and choices facing dilemmas in life via 28 questions.  Unlike those common tests setting in scenes in daily relationship with friends, these 28 questions are precisely connecting you with the daily problems in marketing business . And you can feel the ways they questioned have somewhat guidance to your test answers, leading you to be revealed to a certain hypnosis of their research.

Passion -My archetype revealed by the Test

According to the report, the report described me as the type of “The People’s Champion”. Meanwhile, three adjectives are used to describe my archetype: Dynamic, Inclusive and Engaging. Moreover, my primary advantage is Passion, giving communications with others fascinating and influential, and my secondary advantage is Power, one of the personalities that could add value to my success. And my dormant advantage is Alert as The Ace, sometimes behaving in a form of decisive, tireless, and forthright attitude, the way least impressing others.

To be further analyzed, the report gave explanations on advantages and disadvantages of the characters I had in office. On the one hand, people are admiring my optimism and getting inspired and harmonious in the group work. Undoubtedly, I will gain respects and trusts among the college relationships regardless of where my career positions in the company. On the other hand, instead of staying still, I prefer to observe around to get in touch with the growing trends that might win the new spirits at work or refresh myself.

However, it’s not adaptable for me to make dominant decisions as I always to prefer the project can gather thoughts from all the teammates. And I might gain others’ supports for my start-up crazy ideas through my passion and drive instead of dozens of financial theories.

Among hundreds of responses( as what they mentioned in the report), it seems that Passion and Mystique will be most of people’s choices to be the primary advantages. Besides, Innovation and Prestige reveal to occupy the most parts in secondary advantages, while Power of my type following with a percentage of 13%. Consequently, compared with the average population in the results, I’m belonging to the most types in Power, Trust, Prestige, Passion and Innovation, but a bit lower in types of Mystique and Alert. To optimize my personal values and my team’s advantages, I might aware the disadvantages and organize my teammates to be combined to mix up for the weaknesses.

Preciosity -My thoughts about the Test

Is it a trustful test? You might be doubtful as I was before the exam. Well, I could tell it’s quite a precise test for me.

As for its results on me, I might mark it as 90 percent of 100. Most of the exam reveal it to be a real me as what I gained from others’ comments before. For example, I attend to break the ice in the discussion and try to find out the directions for the group work. And I’m always to cheer my teammates up when they felt disappointed or were to lose hopes at the results. It’s also true that I was not too confident to make the dominant final decision at once because I would like to hear their voices so that I  could avoid making  disasters.

Nevertheless, I don’t agree with the results that showing me as someone neglecting the importance of academic knowledges while in the group discussions. And I might also feel confused about some explanations in the categories it defined. After comparing with the reports with other classmates, I also surprised that some pages are just the same as if some official transformation useless and irrelevant with my reports, which influences the precise of this report. All in all, the reports are critical and considerable as it gave you some recommendations on your daily work and critical comparisons with other responses.

But considering from the perspectives of a marketer, the idea of Fascination does play a wise and precise role in the character’s tests field.

Firstly, Fascination is designed in the demand of coping with current people’s mind of chasing successes.
